ICMP is governed by a Board of Commissioners, chaired by former US Ambassador Thomas Miller and comprising distinguished individuals who are active in the fields of diplomacy and human rights.

 A roster of international experts in forensic science, jurisprudence and political and civil advocacy serve on ICMP’s committees, providing the organization with the intellectual and technical resources to carry out its mandate to the highest international standard.
