Melanie Klinkner is Professor in International Law specializing on the right to the truth, missing persons and mass graves. She led a UK Research Council-funded project for the creation of mass grave protection guidelines, with ICMP as project partner, resulting in the publication of The Bournemouth Protocol on Mass Grave Protection and Investigation. At Bournemouth University she teaches public international law, international criminal law and international human rights law.
